Kruiskerk
The Kruiskerk in Amstelveen was designed by architect Duintjer and opened in 1951. The church is also called the "church with a thousand windows". This name is due to the south facade which consists of a large number of small windows. On the pillars of the church are paintings of the twelve apostles and other symbols from Biblical stories.
