Pumpkin carving and decorating
Experience a true autumn activity at Pluktuin Amstelveen during the pumpkin month in October. Choose your favourite pumpkin from the pumpkin field and turn it into a unique creation!
Throughout the entire month of October, including the autumn school holidays, visitors can carve pumpkins at the Pluktuin. There are pumpkins in all shapes and sizes, including edible pumpkins and decorative varieties.
The activity starts by selecting a beautiful pumpkin. Next, you create your own design and begin the carving process. After the hard work, there is time for a short break with lemonade and a bag of crisps. Then comes the most fun part: decorating your pumpkin and adding a little light.
When you’re finished, you can take your homemade pumpkin home!
During the autumn holidays, the activity becomes even more festive, with the opportunity to decorate pumpkins with colourful flowers.
