In June, Amstelveen is dedicated to Pride: a celebration of freedom, diversity, and love in all its forms. This year also marks the 25th anniversary of civil marriage for everyone, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

On Saturday, June 6, the Pride Month kicks off festively at Villa Randwijck with performances by, among others, Abby OMG! and King Faisel.

Outdoor exhibition Vintage Pink
Photographer and artist Ernst Coppejans presents with Vintage Pink the stories of the first generation of LGBTQIA+ people who openly came out about their sexuality. Their struggle paved the way for today’s LGBTQIA+ community and the freedom it now experiences.
