Rembrandt statue
Along the River Amstel, next to the Riekermolen windmill, stands a small statue of one of the Netherlands' most famous painters. The statue is located here for a good reason, as Rembrandt loved to come to the Amstel to paint. He captured the Amstelland region in several drawings and etchings.
