Outdoor exhibition Oud Roze at Museum Cobra

From 5 to 25 June, the outdoor exhibition Oud Roze will be on view at Sandbergplein near Museum Cobra.
Photographer and artist Ernst Coppejans presents in Oud Roze the personal stories of older queer people: individuals who, in a different era, were among the first to openly live according to who they were. Their experiences show that the freedom enjoyed today has not always been self-evident.
The exhibition features intimate portraits and life stories of people from diverse backgrounds. It invites visitors to reflect on themes such as freedom, courage and the ability to be oneself.

Opening during Pridewalk
On Saturday 6 June, the exhibition will be officially opened during the start of the Pridewalk Proud to be Yourself. The walk departs from Sandbergplein towards the opening celebration at Villa Randwijck.
