Dag van de Bouw
On Saturday 20 June, Rijkswaterstaat, VeenIX and the municipality of Amstelveen will open the construction fences of the A9 Badhoevedorp-Holendrecht project during the Day of Construction. From 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, residents and other interested visitors can take a closer look at the ongoing works and developments.
This year, visitors can also join two special guided tours in a convertible tour bus along the city centre and the A9 construction area. The tours will provide more information about the progress of the project and the changes taking place in the area.
There will also be plenty of activities at the Stadsplein. Children can climb into real construction machines and play with kilos of LEGO at the experience centre Amstelveen InZicht.
