Superposition

An international top team of Dutch and Japanese mathematicians is close to discovering a formula that explains cultural differences.
Does that show that we are all the same? Or perhaps that all the countless differences between people and cultures are much deeper than we think? The clashes and misunderstandings in the team of mathematicians provide the best argument that their model is desperately needed.
In mathematics there is one truth and to maintain it, imaginary numbers are sometimes invented or theories that have not yet been proven are used.

Is there also such a truth about cultures? Or can two different things be true at the same time, just like in quantum mechanics?

A passionate mathematical seminar Superposition is a humorous performance that most resembles an absurd algebraic comparison: the similarities and differences between the Netherlands and Japan, between probability and geometry, between man and woman and between newcomers and experience are contrasted. What's left on both sides of the equation? And what can be offset against each other? An idealistic and academic performance full of karaoke, cocktail parties and a passionate mathematical seminar.

Dutch, Japanese and English are spoken in the performance.

There are surtitles in these three languages.
