Trick or Treat Night in Amstelveen is a neighbourhood Halloween event where local families open their doors to kids in costume. Little witches, ghosts and vampires go door to door collecting sweets from decorated homes.
Here's how it works: register your address through the sign-up form and you'll get a confirmation email (check your spam folder too). On 30 October, you'll receive the link to the secret Trick or Treat map showing every participating home. Once Halloween is over, the map disappears.

Trick or Treat Night in Amstelveen is a neighbourhood Halloween event where local families open their doors to kids in costume. Little witches, ghosts and vampires go door to door collecting sweets from decorated homes.
Here's how it works: register your address through the sign-up form and you'll get a confirmation email (check your spam folder too). On 30 October, you'll receive the link to the secret Trick or Treat map showing every participating home. Once Halloween is over, the map disappears.
Split your household into two teams. One team stays home from 5 to 8 pm handing out treats. If you can't be home all evening, leave a bowl of sweets by the door. The other team uses the map to visit participating addresses. Wrapped sweets only, at least one per child. Decorate your front door and keep a light or lantern on so kids know they're welcome. Costumes are for everyone, young and old.
The event is open to households in Amstelveen and nearby, in postcodes 1081–1083, 1181–1189, 1191, 1420–1424 and 1430–1433. Street not included? Get ten households within 200 metres of each other to email their addresses to halloweeninamstelveen@gmail.com.
