  • Oude Dorp (Stationsstraat, Dorpsstraat, and Dorpsplein): The Old Village is super cozy on King's Day with a big flea market featuring various fun stands, music, and of course, the cafes opening their doors.

  • Middenhoven (between De Meent and Middenhoven Shopping Center): On April 27th, there is always something for everyone around De Meent.

  • Westwijk (Westwijkplein): Very cozy and atmospheric: the flea market at the renovated and cozy Westwijkplein around the shopping center is a big orange party for young and old.

  • Stadshart (Stadsplein): Plenty of space on the Stadsplein for a cozy flea market and, when the weather is nice, of course, playing in the fountain!

Flea Market Rules
Would you like to have a stall at one of the flea markets too? Then please consider the following rules. To keep Amstelveen beautiful, clean, and safe, we ask everyone to adhere to the rules and respect each other. Ample waste containers are available on King's Day for disposing of waste and leftover items.

To informally reserve a spot at the flea market, you can use chalk or tape, but never paint!

  • Leave your flea market spot clean.
  • Commercial sales are not permitted (Enforcers will conduct checks).
  • Ensure side streets remain clear.
  • Take any leftover items home or dispose of them in the containers.
  • No flea markets on streets where traffic flows.
  • Let's create a pleasant and enjoyable flea market together!
