Historic tram line

Travel like the in the old days with a historic streetcar along the Amsterdamse Bos to Haarlemmermeer Station and back. You will experience exactly how our ancestors traveled, in times when there seemed to be no hurry. Every Sunday through October, 

The route runs past the Olympic Stadium, Amsterdamse Bos, a number of original station buildings and staff houses of the former Haarlemmermeer railroad lines and at the end you can cross the A9 on foot to the old village center of Amstelveen, the recreational lake De Poel and Bovenkerk.
