Chefs in het Bos
This summer, the Amsterdamse Bos will transform into a culinary festival where gastronomy, nature and innovation come together. During the second edition of Chefs in het Bos, no fewer than 24 Michelin-starred chefs will join forces to create a unique outdoor dining experience.
Taking place from 31 July to 2 August and 7 to 9 August, the festival brings together renowned chefs preparing signature dishes in a beautiful natural setting. Participating chefs include Juliën van Loo (Parkheuvel), Erik Tas ('t Ganzenest), Tim Goldsteijn (Bougainville) and Florian Wörgötter (Wörgötter).
This year's theme, Roots of 2050, challenges chefs to imagine the future of food. What will be on our plates 25 years from now? Expect creative dishes featuring sustainable ingredients, innovative cooking techniques, circular gastronomy and unexpected flavour combinations.
