During the Open Monument Days, the Urbanus Church in Nes aan de Amstel opens its doors. Visit the church and the historic kitchen in the rectory for free, and climb the tower for a breathtaking view of the Amstel River and the surrounding polders.

Visitors can explore the tower and vaults of the Urbanus Church or join a separate tour of the church itself. In the Maria Hall, watercolors by Wil Brunmayer and various art objects from the church are on display. On Saturday, Historisch Amstelveen and the AWN are present with an information stand.
