Saturday Night Live at Brasserie 10

The first four Saturday evenings in August, Brasserie 10 brings live music from talented artists to its terrace. During the scheduled performance times, you can enjoy music inspired by different countries while relaxing with friends and family. It's the perfect way to celebrate the weekend in a laid-back countryside setting.

As if that weren't enough, we're serving a special three-course menu for just €35 per person. You'll also be able to enjoy delicious cocktails, including three Classic Cocktails and a themed signature cocktail each evening, for just €5 each.

Saturday, 1 August: Aymar Torres (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
The first of four Saturday evenings at Brasserie 10 is all about live music, themed dining and refreshing cocktails during Saturday Night Live x Cocktails. Be carried away by the warm Caribbean sounds of Aymar Torres. The Aruban singer with Colombian roots performs a vibrant mix of Latin music, bossa nova and Caribbean rhythms, creating a sunny and festive atmosphere.
The evening's themed menu includes Caribbean corn soup, Caribbean-style BBQ pork ribs, and Drunken Pineapple for dessert, offering a complete culinary experience. The featured cocktail of the evening is Rum Punch.

Saturday, 8 August: Luc Burghout (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Four Saturday nights, four different worlds. Sing along during Saturday Night Live x Cocktails at Brasserie 10 with the feel-good Dutch classics performed by Luc Burghout. His energetic performance and popular Dutch-language hits guarantee an evening full of fun and great atmosphere.
The themed menu features creamy mustard soup, roast chicken with fries and applesauce, and Dutch strained yoghurt dessert with stroopwafel crumble. The cocktail of the evening is the Apple Pie Mule.

Saturday, 15 August: Rudy Varela (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Enjoy a carefree evening during Saturday Night Live x Cocktails at Brasserie 10 in Amstelveen. Immerse yourself in the vibrant Latin and Mexican sounds of Rudy Varela, the charismatic singer who brings the energy of Latin America to the stage with a lively mix of salsa, bachata and reggaeton.The themed menu includes empanadas with salsa, beef quesadillas, tropical coconut and mango mousse, while the signature cocktail of the evening is a classic Margarita.

Saturday, 22 August: Karlie (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Celebrate the final evening of Saturday Night Live x Cocktails at Brasserie 10 with a delicious themed menu, creative cocktails and the pop sounds of Karlie. Influenced by the music of the '80s and '90s, this Dutch pop artist combines powerful vocals with a distinctive edge to create an evening filled with American vibes.
The menu features mini hot dogs, American-style brisket with potato wedges and coleslaw, and cheesecake with strawberries. The evening is completed with the Southern Sweet Tea Cocktail.
