En Plein Air 2026
During Amstelveen en Plein Air 2026, artists will create new artworks live in the open air around the Stadshart, the Oude Dorp and the Broersepark in Amstelveen. Visitors can watch the artists at work and admire the final results at Museum Cobra.
The event takes place on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 August 2026 and is organised by AmstellandKunst in collaboration with Museum Cobra and Museum JAN. Professional artists from every discipline are invited to participate in this unique plein air event.
On Sunday, one artwork from each participating artist will be exhibited at Museum Cobra. Art lovers will not only be able to follow the creative process live, but also discover the finished artworks in a unique museum setting.
