A wealth of music and literature has developed in Germany over the centuries.
Goethe, Schiller, Mann, Kafka, Brecht, Kästner are just a few of the many literary luminaries. And as far as music is concerned, the choice is also inexhaustible: Bach, Beethoven, Schumann, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Wagner. Tomoko Kurita (violin), Mitsuko Saruwatari (piano) and Yke Viersen (cello) together with the actor Remco Melles make a surprising program with a selection of the works of these geniuses.
The Uriel Ensemble can also be seen on Sunday 26 February.
