The rhythmic, intriguing music of flamenco originated in Andalusia. Eric Vaarzon Morel has devoted his musical life to this form.
At the same time, his musical development has always been dominated by the discovery of other musical cultures. For decades, Eric has created performances together with musicians from the pop, jazz and classical world.
The encounters with young musicians during the silence of corona have brought him a new beginning, a bundling of new types of music, musica nueva. By playing and rehearsing with young top artists in the void that had arisen, a top musical trio slowly formed before his eyes. He now likes to take these young virtuosos with him because of their talent, daring and originality, which they display at a young age.
