Culinary Pop-up: Cheese Fondue at De Amsteltuin

Starting in October, De Amsteltuin vineyard opens its doors for a unique culinary experience: a pop-up cheese fondue restaurant in ’t Glazen Huis, the greenhouse overlooking the vineyard. Together with chef Bart van Lieshout, known from several restaurants in Amstelveen and Amsterdam, guests are treated to exquisite amuse-bouches, starters, and a luxurious cheese fondue.

The cheese fondue evenings offer a fully catered experience. Guests are welcomed at 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM on the terrace of ’t Glazen Huis, where a refreshing aperitif with a matching amuse awaits. Cozy fire pits provide warmth and atmosphere. Before dinner, there is time for a short walk through the vineyard, with a route and explanations included.

The evening concludes around 9:00 PM with a coffee dessert, homemade chocolate truffles, and a mini cocktail.
