Muza Valiaddinzade
Muza Valiaddinzade is a virtuoso piano talent. During this theater tour, she is presenting herself to the Dutch audience for the first time.
Muza’s musical journey began at the age of five in Azerbaijan. She proved to be an extraordinary talent on the piano, winning prestigious prizes and performing with the Azerbaijan Philharmonic Orchestra at the age of twelve. In 2010, Muza's family moved to Ukraine, but the war forced them to flee to Gorinchem in 2022.
A New Start in the Netherlands
In Gorinchem, a new chapter began for Muza. Through a local pastor, she performed at a Salvation Army event where locals from Gorinchem and Ukrainian refugees gathered. Muza’s piano performance left a deep impression. The pastor connected her with a local music store, which provided her with a piano.

Unfortunately, the neighbors were not pleased. Muza’s mother, who also fled to the Netherlands, experienced health issues due to the stress and visited a general practitioner. Coincidentally, the doctor knew Ruud de Graaf, who contacted the theater in Gorinchem. Fred Delfgaauw and Monique Masolijn immediately offered the theater for Muza to play. This marked the start of the idea to present Muza, this young and extremely talented pianist, to the Dutch public.
